Jump Rope.

So well all have new years resolutions. A very common one is to loose weight. Want to check that one off your list quickly?! Of course you do! Here a tip:
You'd be surprised of how good jumping rope is for your body!
If you jump rope for ten minutes straight, going at a good pace. You will loose 100 calories!
Amazing right!
