Healthiest Snack // Steamed Vegetable Salad

This is currently my favourite thing to eat right now because its so healthy and really tasty and lets face it, after the holidays I need to eat healthy! So here it is, my current favorite snack that I eat on a daily basis!
*the measurements aren't exact so you may need to play around with it to see what suits your taste buds! I usually just put a splash of everything and hope for the best!
one steam vegetables of your choice, I like broccoli and cauliflower the best! two mix up dressing. three add avocado. four add dressing. five stir it up and enjoy!

  2. Yum!!! I'm all about veggies and lately I've been trying to steer clear of starchy carbs (meaning all the good stuff that tastes so yummy and makes me feel so crummy) and veggies have again become my best friend!
    Tonight I'm roasting cauliflower and making zuccini fritters. Who knew I could LOVE vegetables more than a slice of sourdough? I mean seriously, that salad of yours is going on my grocery list right this minute! Mmmmm!!!

  4. That looks delicious, one of my goals this year is to get more healthy! I'm trying not to focus on that dreaded resolution of "losing weight" so instead I'm choosing to be healthy.

  7. YES!, staying away from the carbs is really hard and so tempting! mmm roasted cauliflower, I dont think I've ever had roasted cauliflower but it sure sounds tastey! Lately I've been totally LOVING veggies so I totally know what you mean!

  8. It seems like the perfect diet after holidays' gigantic meals! Last month was a disaster as far as I'm concerned ^^" I enjoyed every bit but I'm pretty sure I ate thrice the recommended calories! So I'm back on sports, diet coke and vegetables! (but it's not always easy, the good French girl I am is always craving for a slice of fresh "baguette" with butter or strawberry jam... yummy!)

  9. I love how easy this is! I'll definitely be trying it once I finish the Clean Program. Try tamari instead of soy sauce for an even healthier option!
